Post operrative check.
I came this morning to have dressing removed from Surgery done one week ago. The nurse and Student nurse both put me at ease, were patient and answered all my numerous and varied questions with honesty. They were very positive about what they could see, cleaned up the various entry points and advised me on the best way forward for a safe speedy recovery. Thank you. I left feeling totally aware of my best recovery route.

Letter not read
My treatment was very good, disappointing that no one had read or acted, on the letter from the hospital, arrived with you at the end of May, meaning my follow-up scans will be delayed, feel if I had not gone to surgery they would have never been read.

A First Class Service
I have been troubled by an arthritic hip and a skin problem for some time and was delighted to receive an appointment recently to deal with both of these matters. I cannot praise the staff who dealt with my problems highly enough - from the receptionists, to the excellent young locum, and the physiotherapist whom I saw on my most recent appointment, all have been pleasant, courteous and extremely effective. I received an X-ray appointment at QEQM very quickly and the follow up physio appt was also given to me without delay. The skin problem was referred to dermatology at K&C Hospital where the problem was immediately diagnosed and a small op carried out within a week. I couldn't praise this service more, thank you East Cliff Medical Practice!

After a change of appointment time by your receptionist asking me to come in earlier, it was a bit frustrating that I was actually made to wait 30 minutes from the adjusted time .. it’s fine just saying!

The doctor was helpful, but the medication she prescribed has had no effect at all so far. Still in a lot of pain and unable to use my right arm for lots of things.
