Understanding of my problem

I was fitted in to see a doctor very quickly and she was extremely patient and understanding of my problem. The reception ladies were very helpful and friendly too making my experience a happy result thank you.

Visit for Elbow Bursitis

I called at 10am for a swelling elbow. I was given a 3pm appointment same day. Dr Macpherson saw me and diagnosed it immediately with recommendations that saw the swelling reduce within 2 days.
She was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to see.

Prompt and thorough

The booking system call back is great. The appointment was made straight away although possibly because I was available at short notice. The nurse practitioner was incredibly informative and thorough.

Excellent Care

As always the care and attention given by Dr Siva more than met all of my expectations. Little more can be said from that perspective, however the 8am madness should you need to see a doctor relatively quickly leaves something to be desired, with the practice of advising people to contact the QEQM to see the emergency doctor stopping as the system in operation i.e. triage, call back from clinician, call from doctor leaves a lot to be desired.
