A face to face appointment

I got an appointment because the GP had asked to see me for a face to face appointment. Otherwise it is really difficult to book any appointment. Dr Siva is very efficient and dealt with everything that needed sorting.

Excellent surgery

Despite all the horror stories going around, I rang the surgery at 8am and got through by 8.15. After a brief triage with the receptionist, I was given an appointment for 9.10. I was seen at 9.20 and although already running late, the GP took her time and sorted me out. No complaints at all, I think we are lucky to be registered here.

Friendly service

Easy computer check-in reduces queuing. Very satisfied with meeting with doctor who had taken time to fully review my history and find appropriate medication. Disappointed that I cannot make a follow-up appointment in 6 weeks, but must come back or phone in a month.

Helpful Staff

Goot to see Dr Siva but a pity I had to wait weeks for the appointment.
At least the lady on reception who made the appointment was friendly which in the past has not always the case.

Recent GP appointment

Offered an appointment that was convenient to me. The Dr listened with concern and said I would be referred as quickly as possible. Already have the first appointment booked. Very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

Prescription required!

I had had a very chesty cough for two weeks - tried everything, nothing cleared it. As a last resort l booked an appointment with GP, saw a nurse and was prescribed antibiotics. Short course - it worked! wish l had gone sooner.......
