Very supportive Practice

Since joining the surgery in 2021 I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but amazing care & support in regards to all my needs. GP surgeries get such bad press at times but this surgery has never failed to let me down. Dr Sivasubramaniam has a very caring nature and clearly cares for their patients.

I arrived twenty-five minutes early checked in on the automated system.
Sat down and was called in 2 minutes by the nurse.
I was in and out within 5 minutes, a fantastic service.

Excellent. 11 out of 10

Unexpectedly got a message to say the Dr wanted to see me after my recent A&E visit. All went well. I really get the feeling you guys care, from reception to everyone I see up to Dr Dawes are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I get the feeling they just want to make me better. Astonishing I know right?

Unclear Outcomes

The reception staff were helpful and the GP was professional. However at the end of the appointment I had no idea if/when I can expect a referral. A week later and no further forward.
