Phone call from receptionist
I was spoken to as if I was 5 years old, not 70, was asked if my partner was with me so she could tell him appointment time in case I forgot, so patronizing and rude

Dr John Neden was considerate, empathetic and listened to my concerns. A very experienced GP I know but he is also a very nice person.

The dr didn’t want to listen and kept fobbing me off and talking over me, doesn’t understand my condition and made that clear, was not interested about my main reason for being there which is pain in multiple places that’s getting worse.

Poor
Waiting in the waiting room
Unfortunately there was a delay of around 40 minutes after my appointment time. During which I am exposed to god only knows which virus, flu bugs, within the crowded waiting room.
Once in for my heart test, ECG, completed very quickly and efficiently by a very pleasant nurse. Result of the test was shown to the doctor, and I was allowed to leave the building.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have.
I'm pleased that once you was seen you was happy with the outcome.

An absolute Joke
Blood test results have not been monitored so now have been told 2 years later that I have type 2 diabetes despite results indicating this was told to me by pharmacist not a doctor ,she couldn't then take my blood pressure or urine sample as faulty equipment, told to get sample bottle when attending pre booked afternoon shingles injection. I arrived at 2:20pm, checked in, collected sample bottle, was not advised that samples were collected at 3pm so waited 45 mins in waiting area before being called by nurse when I could have given in sample only to be told to return to give new sample next week ..what a joke this surgery is ???

Blood test
The nurse who conducted the test couldn't find the vein, after two attempts she called someone else in, who also failed. They have now rebooked my appointment with the nurse that has found my vein in the past.
