Audiologist

As Claire cleared the wax deep inside my left ear, Kirsty was able to put a mould in so that I could have a Hearing Aid with a Retention Bar. My appointment at QEQM (perforated eardrum) has been postponed for the second time, still waiting to hear from them.

Very kind, considerate

Good welcome when I arrived, surgery very comfortable. The nurse carry out the check up was very kind, considerate and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience

Discussion regarding my medication. Provided which ones to take and when and given a list of order of medication morning, lunch and evening. Was shown how to use tens machine. Spoken to very clearly and understood. All in all an excellent experience.

Blood test without discomfort

The nurse was on time. She had no difficulty finding a vein. In contrast to my last test at qeqm there was no mark on my skin or bruising.

Physio appointment

I was seen slightly late, although 8am appointments are not possible to be kept if the doors don’t open at 8am.
The appointment was very useful, the physio communicated very well and the outcome of the appointment was very positive in trying to find a diagnosis.
