Very helpful

I was worried about a spot that may have been pre cancerous due to previous occasion. The doctor was very amenable and immediately made me an appointment at the hospital despite her doubts. These turned out to be correct.

Top service from reception and nurse

Visited surgery as had run out of swabs for scar healing required after recent procedure. Without appointment, the receptionist went to talk to nurse and within 5 minutes the nurse had checked the scar and placed new swab and provided me with some for daily changes before I return to hospital consultant. Receptionist and nurse did everything to assist me and were brilliant Thank you both.

Appointments was on time. Dr Siva is excellent, really takes the time to listen and cares and ensures you understand what he has said and treatment before you leave.

Excellent receptionist, understanding

Today's receptionist was exceptionally helpful, understanding my needs leading to imminent hip replacement surgery. No blood appointments, so booked slot online and messaged doctor for 3-monthly bloods. Gave ref number. Made sure I checked recent antibiotic clearance, pre surgery too. Thoroughly caring. 10/10. Quite different to today's receptionist, who was much less helpful when I rang and didn't listen properly to my needs today. The quality of your receptionist is important. They're like a dose of medicine to us elderly, without side effects. Keep up your efficient, comforting efforts.

Visit on Friday

Unusually excellent, phoned at 0805, offered 2 face to face appointments by 08.15. Using public transport arrived 10.30 for 11.oo appointment to find Dr running 25 mins late. However he called me in at 10.50 before his break so I was back out by 11.05 to face the buses with a reassuring diagnosis. Thank you.
