The service and care provided by this practice is outstanding. I am not a patient but care for my 95 year old mother who has limited hearing, vision and cannot stand without help. The receptionists are brilliant and when my mother needs a visit or telephone consultation they will always do their best and are always so pleasant. I have never felt that anything is too much trouble which is so important when I am dealing with stressful situations. This also applies to her doctor who is vey caring to my mother and me.We are quick to criticise but I would like to thank all nursing staff, her doctor and receptionists for providing a really caring practice which I would not hesitate to recommend.

Finding this surgery has been a godsend. It's the only surgery that the receptionists are friendly and try their utmost to help. I had to ring today at short notice as I became very ill. The staff member was very very helpful and arranged a phonecall with a doctor for a couple of hours later. Dr and staff at this surgery have improved my quality of life, organized all my medication and made me feel like I'm more in control of my treatment. I suffer with failed spinal surgery and it has been a long long recovery.
