My Experience

Well 1 thing would be great, if the doctors actually read about the patients they have, as I was told by a new doctor, had no time to read my notes. I find that so disingenuous to the patient, and woke, telling me I don't know my own body, well i do, and when I need to see a doctor, when i want to, not to be told I've got an appointment, very woke

My Experience

On my last visit, I booked in using the screen provided and took a seat in the waiting room. I waited a very long time to be called and noticed a lot of people that had arrived quite a long time after me had been called and had left the surgery. I continued to wait and still people came and went. Finally I went to the desk to see if I had been forgotten. I was told that the logging in machine hasn't been working properly and it hadn'tlogged me in when I used the machine. I asked if I would be seen as it was coming up to 1 hour waiting. I was told yes, I would be called. I waited a further 10/15 mins and then I was finally called.

We are sorry for the delay in your appointment on this occasion. Unfortunately on this day we were not immediately aware of the problem as the self check in was working for patients and the reception team, the team were not aware immediately of the issue for clinicians.

Saw Faye as my lung function deteriorated; wanted to update her as communication between Qeqmh to surgery is practically non-existent. Fortunately Guys hospital are excellent at communicating and updating and surgery responds as requested.

The GP I see is very understanding

Relaxed Practice

I find the reception staff very helpful at this GP Practice. They are very professional when talking to patients either face to face or on the telephone.
