Seen on time

I was seen on time by a nurse practitioner who has referred me on to a skin clinic. It was your reception staff who impressed me most who has arranged for all future repeat medication to go to Tesco pharmacy rather than payments who I have not been happy with for some time.

Made me feel welcome

Very pleased with my first visit to your surgery, the staff were polite and made me feel welcome and Dr John was so patient and down to earth. I didn't feel uncomfortable in the slightest. I'm not good with new faces and going out but on this day I'm so glad I attended

My Experience

I saw Irina for possible fungal nail infection. She wanted to make sure it is fungal so I have to wait until I can collect a clipping to be sent off. Unfortunately the nails keep breaking off before I can collect them.

A good experience

I had a good experience with being triaged and offered a same-day appointment. This was much quicker than expected. Dr Siva was efficient and helped me make an informed choice about my new medication. He encouraged me to return if the problem persists.

It was easy to make an online submission of my issue and received an appointment at a good time considering I said it wasn’t urgent and could wait. Jenny was kind and understanding of my issue and took the opportunity to arrange a review of meds currently taken by arranging blood tests.
