My Experience

The review I had was carried out perfectly, hence the very good rating. But I nearly left because it was about 50 minutes late. I understand there was a patient emergency - which couldn't be avoided. I don't have a solution - unless it could be by text - if I was informed about the situation I would have been less stressed about missing another appointment a couple of miles away.

My Experience

Call from Dr John on behalf of Dr Osieyo, who had been called to an emergency. He knew nothing about me, but was very thorough in checking through my notes with me on the phone, and then checking if there was anything I was concerned about. Did not result in any action, but was reassuring. Nonetheless, I have had pain in my leg and hip now for months and months, and nothing has yet been found or done to reduce or eliminate the pain.

A thorough examination

I was seen very quickly by the doctor. He was very professional and friendly. He listened to me and gave me a thorough examination for a sinus infection as well as checking my blood pressure as I had said I had experienced a dizzy episode over the weekend. I was extremely happy with how I was treated by this doctor
