My meeting was to discuss my medical position as I had just had some very disturbing news. My doctor was very sympathetic and kind. He listened to my concerns and gave me advice on how to proceed. I was very satisfied.

Efficient and professional

Doctor Kent was wonderful. She took me through the results of my MRI scan and outlined the options available for me before we agreed a strategy.

She dealt with my audiology issues efficiently and was open to dealing with an additional problem I had.

At all times Dr Kent was efficient and professional and her beside manner made me feel comfortable.

I came away feeling confident that my issues would be dealt with.

As always the service was great. Iryna was lovely and reassuring. Watching whilst waiting, I’m amazed how patient the receptionists are, people can be so demanding and rude, they must be exhausted at the end of the day.
