Very kind

This was the first time I attended the surgery. I found the staff at the reception to be very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Siva was very kind. I now have to return for blood tests etc.

Calm, kind and reassuring manner

New GP at surgery who was compassionate, kind and helpful ...

Recently had a GP appointment with a new Dr I had not seen before. I have been struggling with my mental health for some time now, and getting quite desperate and very low in mood. Saw a very kind Dr Larsson who listened to my issues, looked at my previous history notes and made helpful suggestions/recommendations regarding medication etc. The standout thing for me was his calm, kind and reassuring manner. He took the time to listen and was emphatic and understanding. He didn't rush me or suggest other medications just made helpful suggestions. (previous appointments with another female GP left me feeling unheard and rushed, almost as if I was an 'inconvenience'). I am very grateful to him and the other mature male GP I sometimes see, and also find the reception staff very helpful and understanding whenever I ring up. I know how exponentially busy the surgery is at all times, but despite this I feel that the staff I have had dealings with have always been professional, kind and caring.

Blood test

I came to have a blood test with my Grandson… the nurse was more than lovely to us & found my vein ( which is a miracle), didn’t hurt at all…. She was brilliant… only wish I knew her name to thank her
