Friendly and very professional

I saw Dr Woodward who is friendly and very professional and well knowledgeable, like a doctor should be. She is easy to talk to and shows true empathy and takes her time to listen to my worries and concerns and then deals with them the best possible way. I couldn’t wish for a better doctor

I am more than satisfied with every interaction with East Cliff. Ever since my cancer diagnosis everyone there has been super in helping me get pain medication etc. Particularly Debbie and Dr Brenda who have both gone out of their way in helping me. God Bless them all

Transfer from another practice

Needed to move from another practice as useless other than 1 locum (extremely nearby) after being there for 40 years, I made the jump. The best thing I did. East Cliff are so much more professional and approachable. Ok there's the online form which isn't always easy, but you can leave messages on there which they get back to you with answers. The receptionists are always helpful and approachable. Dr Ucha has been very helpful with issues I have had going on for 4+ years. The other practice just blamed on "food" which was incorrect!!! Other people I know have now moved over to East Cliff as they were fed up with the lack of customer services that the other practice had and also wrong things/medicines being put on their notes and nothing amended even after notifying and making a complaint.
I have also seen one of the young nurses who was lovely. Keep up the hard work East Cliff team it is appreciated

Clinical pharmacist

Having Andy as a diabetic clinical pharmacist is brilliant. He is great in consultation and being able to arrange a follow-up appointment is valuable. His level of knowledge is very high and his input has made a big difference to my diabetes monitoring and management. I have a high level of confidence in dealing with him.
