Jolene has delivered absolutely amazing support to me and my new care needs. This new journey around my health has been challenging for us, but Jolene has made time to build a rapport with me and has always followed up on providing care and support that is personalised to my needs, in an extremely prompt way. We honestly don’t know where we would be if it wasn’t for Jolene ! Huge thanks for not only your medical care, but for your kindness and understanding of our situation.

Asthma review
Asthma review:
Unfortunately the appointment was running very late, I was entirely told this was due to another asthma patient requiring a lot of support. I understand this cannot be helped and fortunately another member of staff realised and was available to continue seeing the patients on the list. This shows the level of care the surgery offers their patients and that they make sure they are getting the care and service they need. The nurse looking after me was very thorough and took the time to listen to what I said and did an excellent job of taking through any of my concerns, my current health and any problems I have had with my asthma for the last year.

Blood test results and meds update.
All positive, meds update has had a positive result, BP is now normal. Wish that could have happened at previous appointment, when the meds weren’t updated, when my BP was high, during the pandemic, which resulted in a stroke which has left my mobility impaired.

Excellent, caring, friendly, reliable.
As well as occasional contact with doctors, I've been seeing the nurses weekly for dressing changes on my legs which are now almost healed. Always friendly and helpful despite how busy they clearly are, and providing excellent care.
