Dr Woodward explains what is happening and any future steps. She always puts me at my ease and understands my situation. I’m very thankful that I have her as my doctor.

Physio appointment

I went to see Niel about sometimes getting a pain in my shoulder area and upper back problem. My mother had a dowager hump, I was concerned that I didn't want to follow suit.
Niel told me the problem is to do with posture and gave me a sheet of exercises.
Niel is very sympathetic and explains everything in a straightforward manner.

I’m so lucky

I’m lucky to be a patient at East Cliff surgery. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor are excellent. The receptionists on the front line have so much patience trying to explain to people who are late for their appointments that it’s hard to fit them in. The nurses are gentle and the doctors take their time to help and I never mind waiting because I know the doctor is being thorough with the previous patient. I always smile when I hear people complaining about the service they don’t get at other surgeries.
