Blood pressure

I had blood pressure done twice the lady said that will do.
I don’t know if it’s too high. I didn’t understand anything she was doing. Then she changed her mind 2/3 times about doing a urine sample and mentioned tablet names and another appointment but nothing was finalised. So I don’t know still what happened or what I’m supposed to be doing next!!!

Having had a second abnormal blood test I felt grateful that the doctor had looked at the result and asked me to book an appointment to pop in and see him to discuss the results in person face to face.
It was agreed that I would have another test in one months time. After Dr. had asked me many questions about my health I felt assured that I had nothing major to worry about. It was nice that he had already read the notes and knew what the appointment was about.

Yearly diabetes check.

My yearly check had to be moved, due to IT issues. I would like to commend all of the staff who calmly dealt with disappointed patients on Tuesday 21 April. I was lucky to be able to have my B12 injection. On both occasions my appointment was with Amy, who was efficient and professional as well as personable. Thank you Amy

Don't want to move after over 45+ yrs

My recent appt was great. Ringing the doctors was no problem and I didn't mind waiting. I'm just gutted that I've been asked to change doctors after 45+ yrs. I recently moved not even half a mile and the thought of changing is really affecting my emphysema. I don't think I have that long left so couldn't I stay please. I have repeat prescriptions every month and am going to have to sort this out too. I couldn't imagine going to a different doctor's surgery

The doctor was wonderful, wish l could see her every time. She listened to me. She examined me. She put my mind at ease and she prescribed medication. I cannot praise her enough.
