Positive experience! Quick, easy and pleasant!

I attended this appointment following being asked to send my blood pressure results for four days, morning and evening. My B. P. was checked, my medication then doubled, was given forms for blood test and urine test. Very thorough experience.

Friendly, fast & knowledgeable

The lovely nurse who saw me as an urgent patient and diagnosed eye infection was clearly well versed/ knowledgeable, worked seamlessly to diagnose, prescribe & get a doctors signature on prescription.
As always, the standard of care from all in the East Cliff team is exemplary!

Fantastic care and instinct

Dr Osieyo has always been so wonderful when she has seen any of our family and this time she made a great call recommending to take our son up to A&E. She suggested asking for a chest x-ray which we did and it showed shadowing on his lungs so he is now on the correct medication. Thank you so much Dr Osieyo.

I felt that Dr. John really listened to what I had to say about how my acid reflux has been. He asked me questions to understand the issues to better assess things. He also weighed me. He was sympathetic and very kind and did not rush my appointment. I felt it was a very satisfactory outcome.
