Prescriptions
Has been a nightmare trying to get my prescriptions correct, first they sat in the inbox of someone who was on leave for a week, took several phone calls to try and chase this and then still it wasn't done correctly, missing items and still incorrect amount. Has been a constant difficulty trying to order my prescriptions and always have to chase them up now as I have been left several times very low on medication.

Results of CT Scan
Following my CT scan I was given an appointment to discuss the results with the Doctor 3 weeks later. I was so anxious I asked if a Dr could call me before the appointment with my results. The Receptionist was really helpful and a Dr called me within the hour. I attended the booked appointment and was seen by a Locum Doctor who was extremely kind and explained my results. He really made me feel better mentally as I had been going through a rough time. I have only been with this surgery a short time and I have found that they really care and listen to your concerns.

The resepsonist was very welcoming. It was a shame I had over a 25min wait . And now I have to wait for a physio appointment which I now is a waste of time but it has to be done as it is part of the process for a hospital appointment
