Always treat patients right

I have been with Eastcliff for over 6 years. They have always been attentive and kind. I’m an older dude and appreciate the way I am being cared for by Dr Brenda and the entire team.

Had the utmost confidence in the doctor.

My appointment was for an examination and discussion. The doctor I saw was extremely informative and explained the next procedure clearly and what he would like to arrange for me. At all times I was quite clear about everything and had the utmost confidence in the doctor.

I didn't feel rushed

I had a medication review, which was overdue - my fault.
We went through a lot of things to make sure the tablets were still suitable for my needs.
Then my cholesterol was discussed. I was able to ask lots of questions about treatment and I didn't feel I was rushed. I left knowing all the information I needed to make an informed choice.
