Fantastic service
I have regular visits to the surgery for B12 injections. I always have them administered by Amy. I mentioned that I might need them more frequently.
While I was in the surgery Amy sent a message to my doctor regarding my treatment.
On my way home I received a phone call from Amy with the results of the conversation, all problems were resolved before I had arrived back home.
What a fantastic service from the team at this practice.

Impressed that over this series of injections the nurses were on time, polite and very pleasant and able to converse on the subject of B12. The injections were done with speed and efficiency. A job well done.

Consultation with Physician Associate
The appointments were running about 20 minutes late. That, fortunately, was not a problem for me.
Once I was in the surgery I was given exemplary treatment by Ms Slobodyan. She listened to my concerns and asked pertinent questions. She arranged x-rays, blood tests and blood pressure monitoring. Subsequent to our consultation, a change was made to my medication.

I went to the doctor's to book a blood test and the receptionist was being trained. Both the trainer and the trainee were lovely. They managed to get me seen right away and the nurse doing the blood test was lovely and welcoming, even though she had a rough morning, she was friendly and approachable.
