Shingles and pneumonia jabs

Time for my shingles and pneumonia jabs. I was given two appointments, one on a Tuesday one on Wednesday with the actual same nurse, and I ended up asking her if she could do both so maybe that needs to be looked at a little bit because they were going to waste an appointment, but I’ve got it all sorted in one day.

Overall, the service is good!
I did specifically ask for a female doctor for my most recent appointment and got a male. I didn’t receive any communication to tell me this which was disappointing.

Anima request. Prompt reply and request dealt with in the day. Only negative is filling in Anima request. Far too many questions and not related to request. Same questions repeated on every request.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention which I do hope you can understand.

Very welcoming

The nurse I saw was very welcoming and not at all judgemental. I felt comfortable, to be honest and asked questions, and I left my appointment feeling very informed on all my contraceptive options.
