Long wait for appointment but good service

The wait for the appointment was a month, this seems to be normal with other surgeries, this was a first appointment at a new surgery, so wasn’t urgent. Once there my allotted doctor was knowledgeable, curious and a decent sort of chap

Very pleased with physio service

I was assessed for a minor muscular issue. Referred to a physio and given clear advice and alternative treatment discussed. I was listened to and reassured that if I needed further treatment, I was welcome to go back.
