Phone consultation

My phone call was arranged between a 1 hour slot. The receptionist was very good but when I received the call I was still at work and there was only one call.

The way to get an appointment

Let people see a Dr quicker because the way people have to do it now is not good at all for old people or people who are ill and need a Dr.

Great information and advice

Very pleased to have spoken with Dr Stern on a call last Tuesday. He gave concise information and advice together with a plan for the way forward. I do not know which Dr I am currently registered with as this changes so often. However both myself and my husband would be pleased if Dr Stern was our doctor as hubby has cardio issues and I know Dr Stern has a Thursday clinic. Apart from that both our mothers were from Germany. Would look forward to your further advice in the future if that could be made possible
