Explanation is clear and thorough. Follow-up with an email was super-helpful. This felt like an appointment with an old-school but up-to-date GP, who didn’t just stare at the computer. I think this is what everyone would like for themselves and their family in an ideal world

My 3.00pm appt was on time & extremely informative, I had everything explained very kindly & was able to ask all the questions I had wanted to without feeling rushed or awkward. Very happy with it, thank you. I would just like to mention that I also had an appt at 2.30pm which failed to show on the booking in screen. Unfortunately, this had been muddled & noted as a missed appt on 18/2/26 which had been an appt for something different. This concerned me as I know how important missed appts are to the surgery & I have never missed one, ever. However the young lady on reception was extremely helpful & managed to fit me in after the 3.00pm with Karen who was kind enough to see me without a booking. This appt only takes a minute or two, but nevertheless, both ladies were very kind & helpful & it was much appreciated, so thank you to them. I hope that the “didn’t attend” comment has now been removed from the 18/2/26 appt. Thank you.

On this occasion I felt the doctor I saw wasn’t really interested in my ongoing issue because I’ve had a CT Scan which thankfully was clear. However the symptoms haven’t changed and that now all joints - hurt knees, elbows, thumb, fingers, and shoulders. She did ask would I like to have Physio on my neck. I said yes please.
I think East Cliff is a good surgery. I just don’t feel on this occasion this doctor was interested.
