I had a GP appointment to discuss blood tests results. Dr Kent was good at explaining these results, and provided reassurance. I explained other symptoms, and she was quick to provide relevant support - prescription, and onward referrals to relevant teams. I felt that she had time to listen to me, whilst being time efficient. I always feel reassured when I know my GP appointment is booked with Dr Kent, I know I am in safe hands.
I was also impressed that I had to wait less than ten minutes.

Appointment with my GP
I try to get an appointment with my GP because it is more productive and I appreciate the continuity. My GP is professional, kind, knowledgeable and listens. I do not feel rushed and always leave feeling my problem has been responded to. I have quite a few issues that need monitoring and she does this brilliantly. The staff are always friendly, caring and attentive. I have nothing but good things to say about my visits.

Frustrating to use, took me 31 mins to complete, my problem was not listed.
Repeating things when already stated.
From 1-5 sliders difficult to use if they work it all.
In my opinion Anima is difficult to use.

Wrong treatment yet again
Went again with a blocked ear. Glue ear infact and I said what it was. Again given treatment of olive oil drops. That's the wrong side of the eardrum treatment for anyone that knows about ears.

Almost every interaction with the GP surgery has been excellent. Most of the staff are extremely helpful, kind and supportive, several members of staff have gone above and beyond. Could not rate this GP surgery highly enough. Very grateful for the care and support we have received as a family.

My daughter had her 6month jabs
I found the nurse to be so lovely and reassuring whilst she did them. She was comforting my baby and was calming to have such a lovely nurse. There was a long wait to get into the surgery but that was because the check in machine was getting repaired but the ladies at the desk, besides being really busy, were still enthusiastic and very friendly. Obviously maintenance work can’t be helped but it was great that there was still a friendly and kind environment.
