The lady I saw was friendly and efficient. It was clear I wasn’t particularly comfortable with having to have bloods taken so she engaged in personalised conversation to take my mind off it.

Blood Test
First off I arrived late for my appointment due to misjudging the school run traffic but I was still seen. I don't get on well with needles, in spite of having regular blood tests, but the nurse that took the bloods was very calm and put me at ease. I didn't even notice the needle go in when normally I'm very aware of the whole process. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but a big thank you to her.

Results of tests.
My x-ray results were explained to me fully. Then the blood test was looked at, going through each result one by one. The only levels that caused concern were immediately tackled by a change in medication, and a follow up appointment made. I felt listened to and comfortable with the treatment.

Regular Vit B12 jab
I have been having these for some time so I know what to expect. Occassionally the jab can be painful but 81/2 (out of 10) this time. Staff friendly and looking to do a good job. Appointment was on time.
