Blood results
My visit to surgery to get my blood results after having a kidney removed Nov 2025. Dr Ucha was so kind and made me feel very relaxed. He went through all my results and helped me understand what I had been through. He has ordered more blood tests and is keeping an eye on me. I felt very at ease with him and I completely understood everything we went through.

Feedback for GP surgery
Lovely doctors surgery inside & out. Has a large seating area inside, all very neat & tidy indoors & out. Staff seem lovely too when I've been to appointments for my son. Lateness could be improved.

Great surgery and staff
I moved to Broadstairs 11 years ago but remained with my Canterbury surgery until last October. I wish I had made the change sooner. The service I have received from Doctors, Nurses, and the Admin Staff has been first class.

Lovely clinician
Blood tests are not something I look forward to due to bad experience, but the clinician I had was empathetic and gentle. She didn't rush and successfully took blood with no issue. Thank you, you're truly wonderful

Respiratory Nurse appointment
The Nurse, Faye, whom I have seen at the respiratory clinic, has been a brilliant support, helping me try to assess potential COPD / asthma issues. I have been monitored regularly and feel we have built a very good rapport ...there has always been time to discuss and assess best pathways to try re: medications. When I was particularly unwell I have received prompt attention, same day appointments and terrific kindness with immediate, effective medication. I feel I am in excellent hands. Thank you.

Prescription for my son
Three times we went to the surgery over a 3 week period but the prescription was not done. The surgery is normally excellent so something went wrong.
