Yearly review, what inhaler I use, how do I use it, any issues, etc., I had some new issues that the nurse was going to put me on the wait list for copd and ask about a new inhaler … not heard anything yet

Visit to the Doctors
I didn't have to wait too long. Dr John was brilliant, I've had a few problems since before Christmas, hospital visits etc but he went through them one by one, giving me answers to things I am still worried about. Back to the hospital for more checks, but I know Dr John is on top of them, which makes me feel like a person and not just a number.

Appt with nurse re smear test.
Really happy, engaging nurse. Unfortunately, the smear had to be postponed, no-ones fault, however, nurse was very organised and booked me there and then for another date.
East Cliffe practice seem to be very personable and organised including my doctor.
I am so happy I moved over to them, as treated like a real person.

I saw Irinya about an injury from falling. She was really thorough, asked lots of questions, tested various movements, paid attention to what I said, and was able to reassure me about the length of recovery.

Surgery Visit to see Physiotherapist.
Again, very happy with everything up at the surgery, we do seem to have a more understanding and helpful receptionists, nice to be greeted with a smile, it’s been a long time coming!

Very brief wait. A good short but helpful chat. Only glitch… I needed a prescription clarified and repeated. Thought I was given actual prescription but found it was only details and I still had to go through the ‘repeat request’ process.
