Review of recent visit

I had a face to face consultation with Dr Neden, Locum GP.
He gave me time to explain all my symptoms and immediately put me at ease. I have also attended QEQM today for the additional tests he requested. Overall I am extremely happy with the friendly response from all staff. As a patient I was treated with dignity, respect, and empathy at all times.

My doctors visit

On entering the surgery the receptionist was friendly and welcoming and I was shortly called for my appointment by
a very pleasant young lady.
Everything about the visit was top class.

Urgent appointment

On Tuesday 10th February I contacted the surgery after calling NHS 111 and getting put on a list for the out of hours Dr service. I called and was triaged and managed to get an appointment that day. The Dr was very thorough, listening to all my symptoms and referring me for urgent blood tests and an x-ray at the hospital the same day. I felt terrible standard of care I got was excellent, and that the surgery did all that they could, despite having limited resources.

Low blood pressure

Doctor took my blood pressure sitting down and standing. Listen to my heart. Put me in for blood tests. Also to get fitted with a heart monitor.
