Kind and helpful
Nurse Alice Buck was especially kind and helpful. It felt as though she went above and beyond the initial appointment objective of an asthma review. A long outstanding need for an epi pen was sorted and I came away from my appointments feeling really cared for. Thank you so much.

My Experience
She is amazing and helps my health
We laugh, talk and work together. She is the best; if anything, I go to her like contact and walk in, though it was running late but waiting until I see her, she is the best. I go and see her every 3 months

I was given time to discuss my recent xrays and general wellbeing
It is good to be able to talk about your health. I do not expect my Dr to be on time as it is better to wait 10 mins and have time to be listened to.

It's the first time I've met my new Dr after Dr John left.
Dr Brenda was very kind and informative and actually took the time to listen to me and my wife as we're going through an extremely difficult time in our lives. She made us feel someone really wanted to listen to us and help.

After leaving my doctors of 25 years I attended East Cliff Medical Practice after hearing good reviews from family members. Once I attended, checking in was really straightforward. I was seen by Dr. Kent who was really knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She asked me my needs and as I said, I found it difficult to hear, she spent the entire appointment facing me, ensuring I could read her lips, which was really nice of her. Overall, my experience was really positive. After being worried previously attending appointments, she didn’t use ChatGPT like previous doctors and ensured I was aware of all my options. Really happy with the service I received here.
