Excellent as usual
I always boast that I go to East Cliff surgery when I hear people complaining. Everyone from the receptionists to nurses to Dr Kent are exceptional, as GP surgeries used to be. I never mind waiting as I know the previous patient is getting thorough treatment!

Excellent service
I have been dealing with an ongoing issue recently and have had numerous appointments and referrals. My doctor has been empathetic and considerate of my needs, with appointments and communication being consistent and timely. The receptionist staff are also friendly and helpful. I am fortunate to be registered with the East Cliff Surgery in this current climate.

Sore eye
I saw the nurse practitioner about my sore eye and she advised me to go to the chemist and get eyedrops without preservatives. Upon seeing the Chemist I was advised to go to an optician to make sure I was given the correct drops. The optician advised me that I had MGD and needed specific drops as the oils in my eye had virtually stopped being released as the little holes by the eyelashes had now reduced in size. So unfortunately, the advice given by the nurse practitioner wasn’t suitable for me as I needed these specific eyedrops.

I was very happy with the appt. My Dr is very caring & understanding & really listens to your concerns. Appts were running pretty good to time & nobody minds a short wait. I was told to expect a follow up call re the appt later that day after the Dr had spoken to someone else, however I haven’t received that yet. I do understand that circumstances can interfere with this, but am keen to have this follow up call, please.
