Face to face appointment

As usual it was a thoroughly useful appointment. Dr Woodward reads my personality so well and is also caring with regards to my mental and physical health. Excellent GP and one I trust implicitly. First time ever. Very good surgery and reception staff too. Always treated with respect and consideration by Dr Woodward and always feel that she gives me the knowledge I need and a degree of control over my treatment where appropriate. I would always follow any advice where it is essential

Great medical practice

Great medical practice. Staff are friendly and very professional. Every appointment I have attended the healthcare practitioners have spent time explaining and discussing my concerns. Options for telephone appointments are great as there is no need to take time off work. Really helpful all round. Comforting to know Ramsgate is served by a great community of healthcare professionals.

East Cliff Medical Practice - Prostate trouble

I saw Dr Brenda and was treated with respect and compassion. After lots of tests and questions she gave me a prescription and told me to make an appointment in two weeks. Brilliant treatment by the doctor but when I asked the receptionist for an appointment she was so dismissive and obstructive.

Eastcliff is the best doctors I’ve ever had

Faye, the asthma specialist is excellent. Her knowledge and insight way surpassed the care I got at my recent hospital admission. I feel in very safe hands and my asthma has improved so much since she has been overseeing this recent flare up.
