I am always a bit apprehensive about using the ANIMA booking system as it doesn’t always identify my reason for asking for an appointment. Nevertheless, there was an opportunity to explain my illness in the process.

My 13 year old was expecting various test results back and to review/ revise the plan of action. Dr Osieyo was fantastic. Calm clear concise and engaged with my son every step of the appointment. It felt very tailored to him and his needs so he was delighted.

Dr Siva is an angel.

My doctor is Dr Siva, he is always informative, attentive, and helpful, always makes sure he thinks of my family before offering me medication. I knew that he was the right doctor to help look into my medical issue because he has, for years, been the doctor who gets things sorted.
The anima is amazing, and always answers within at least two days. I thought this was standard, but then I realised all doctors use Animia and they do not answer as fast as East Cliff. As someone with anxiety, this really helps me because I know I will get a reply with a suitable suggestion, like an appointment or advice.

Urgent last minute Doctors appointment

A medical condition had cropped up during a pre-assessment hospital appointment before surgery, and I needed advice from Dr Siva possibly medication, for my surgery to go ahead. I was impressed by the helpful receptionist who listened and solved the problem. An appointment was made quickly and Dr Siva sorted me out so surgery could go ahead. Many Thanks

Assessment of shoulder strain.

Booking an appointment using the online Anima service was quite straightforward. Saw a junior doctor who gave a very thorough examination of my shoulder and explained the what the symptoms were due to. Also offered a referral to a physiotherapist and some basic exercises to assist in recovery. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.
