I’ve been with the surgery for more than tens years now and overall the service I’ve received has been very good, I’ve had to use the surgery a lot in the last few years and it’s always been a good experience.

New medication from vascular appointment

Was offered a new medication to help with discomfort in my feet. The nurse was very informative and explained my options to me to make an informed decision. Agreed that I would try med and see how I get on with it, and she will ring me at the beginning of March.

Happy with the service

I've had a couple of appointments with the new doctor and was very impressed. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. Requesting help via the online system works really well. I was sceptical at first, but actually I prefer it to waiting on the phone for ages. Someone with medical knowledge reviews your online information and advises if you need to see a doctor. Before, when you rang up, you would get told there were no appointments for weeks. This is not the fault of the reception. Obviously, they can only give you what they have and have no idea how urgent your requirement is. So I would say in general, the new process of logging online works much better for me. I understand that would not be the same for everybody, especially the older generation, who may not have the technology to do it.

Terrible
It is 10:49 am I was supposed to have a call between 9/10 am, and I am still waiting. Just no words. Struggle to get appointments as it is. The NHS is a joke!

Consistently kind, caring and professional

Just had a minor op with Dr John and a lovely nurse. They couldn't have been kinder and put me at total ease while they did what they needed to do.
The practice has always provided excellent service in the 18+ years I've been a patient. Just wanted to say thank you.
