I've been having some concerning issues and I have to admit that the communication and support has been second to none.

East Cliff Medical Practice
My consultation with Dr Woodward went, as it always does, well. She always gives me time to discuss issues and is very thorough, thinking outside the box too. Makes suggestions about treatment taking into account my frailty which I really appreciate.

Swift ECG
I was in need of a quick ECG due to being on ADHD medication, and it being unexpectedly withdrawn. The GP surgery (Chris) was fantastic, she was patient, kind and understanding. She organised everything quickly, without fuss and made the visit and me as a patient feel comfortable. The nurse who did the ECG (Alice) was really helpful too, explaining why an ECG was necessary, that it was a normal result after a GP had read it. All staff that I’ve come across so far have been kind and helpful.

Medical review
The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and answered everything I needed to know before I asked. Very efficient when I went into the appointment, however appointment was running about 25 minutes late, which was disappointing as this was my lunchtime at work. Later appointments for working people would be an improvement. I do like the booking in screen as you don’t have to queue.

Prescription Review
I was offered a prescription review regarding blood pressure medication
Having carried out ‘at home’ blood pressure comparisons, these were submitted via the app. A subsequent f-f and follow up phone appointment was carried out with an outcome of a small change in medication. Throughout the whole process, I was fully informed of the objectives and advised on the best way forward. The service I received was excellent all round- thank you
