Impressed so far
Have only been with East Cliff a short time after moving from the Grange downstairs. Helpful staff on reception and appointments have been quick and the physiotherapist and doctor I have seen were very helpful

Kind, helpful receptionist found a copy of my blood test form (lost by me and a source of worry) and made me an appointment at the surgery within a few days, which I much appreciated. Kind, cheery nurse took the blood on a cold day when my vein was hard to find.

Physio treatment
I had 4 brief physio treatments and was given 2 illustrated sheets detailing exercises to do. With each session l gained partial relief and greater understanding of my condition and how to deal with it. I understand that surgery or steroid injections could be a future choice if needed. The lovely receptionist (older lady with glasses) managed to get the nurse to do my B12 injection at the same time as my blood test, not only saving an appointment for someone else but saving having to come back the next day.
When I made my blood test appointment I was told I’d have to make another appointment for my B12 which seemed like such a waste of resources.

Recent visit to GP surgery
I visited the surgery to pick up a blood test form. It wasnt able to be printed off but the situation was handled very professionally. I was told it would be prioritised and a text sent asap. It was and the doctor also called to apologise for any inconvenience. I picked up the form later the same day and the lady on reception was very polite and professional.
