Change of HRT
I wanted a different dose of HRT to what I have. Dr Stern said that he would check with his female colleagues and get back to me about whether it was ok to up/change it. He also said that he would enquire into whether it was ok to leave my coil in with a nurse. He did both of these things and called me later that day to tell me. My prescription was dispatched the next day.

East Cliff Medical Practice
Only waited ten mins or so over appointment time, as usual, DC Brenda was kind, courteous and listened to me. She seems to get me 100%. I always feel she has my best interests when I see her. She is a massive asset to the practice.

Dr Brenda Osieyo
I was assigned Dr Brenda Osieyo as my doctor after seeing Dr John Neden for many years. I am an anxious person by nature and had very much got used to Dr John and his approach so felt anxious and uneasy about changing doctor.
I have had a handful of appointments with Dr Osieyo since last year and I wanted to take the opportunity to write and give feedback on what a wonderful doctor she is. Her warm, friendly, caring and professional nature has made me feel at ease since the first appointment I had with her. Working in the NHS myself I am aware of the a pressures, time constraints, etc that doctors are under. Despite this, Dr Osieyo listens well and spends time talking through and explaining things in a way that is understood.
Dr Osieyo is an asset to Eastcliff Practice and as a patient I am very grateful to have a doctor like this.

Recent appointment with Dr Siva
Appointment was to discuss results of MRI scan. Dr Siva explained results clearly and after discussion it was agreed to to halve pramipexole tablets and to change Tamulosin to be taken in morning instead of night time.
Every thing made very clear and he also answered other questions to put husbands mind at rest.

Both of the nurses that I saw were really lovely and very efficient. However, I was not pleased that I had to come to the surgery twice in a week when I could have had both appointments in one. I had a B12 injection and a blood test.

The arranging of the appointment was very quick. The lady on reception was extremely helpful.
The time of appointment was kept too.
The Dr was very helpful, her comments relieved any anxiety I had. The follow up is being arranged by the Dr.
I always find the care I get throughout the surgery to be friendly and kind.
