I was seen by nurse 3 hrs after asking for an appointment. A lovely patient lady saw me. And I was helped immediately with a prescription. Thank you very much, 10 out of 10. Receptionist actually did the anima booking for me. I am 79.

Debilitating back pain
I contacted the surgery by Anima on 16th December and the surgery rang me back within a short time offering me an appointment with Dr Brenda Osieyo on the 7th January, 3 weeks later. I was also prescribed Co-codamol for pain relief. At my appointment Dr Brenda was extremely thorough and dictated a letter for me to have physio. To date I have not received a letter offering an appointment.
