Telephone consult

My appointment ran to time, it was with my own GP, Dr Stern, it ran off the back of an UTC appointment which also requested an MRI.
During my appointment, my GP was concerned with why it had been booked as a TC, however I made sure during the initial call from yourselves & an extra one from myself to you that this was ok. The appointment was for L&R temple pain.

Leg Ulcer Treatment, Weekly.

Nurse put new plaster on leg ulcer. Treatment over several weeks. Different nurses but always kind, helpful and professional.

No capacity

It's really disappointing when our surgery doesn't have the capacity (on more than one occasion) to treat my poorly children! Resulting in us having to sit, poorly, for hours in the hospital. This never used to happen with the old system!
