I'm so glad I saw the physiotherapist
I thought the pain I was getting wasn't sciatica and it was. I've started doing the gentle exercises Steve the physio asked me to do and I'm not getting half the pain I was. I've been bedridden for months and taking so many painkillers. Now, I'm determined to put my bookshelf and bedside cabinet together (flat-packer) and I'm not taking a third of the painkillers I was. Thank youu Steve. You are my hero

Back pain due to a spasming glute. Steve Atkins was able to diagnose the issue with my back pain and suggest a course of exercises but also performed hands on muscle release techniques that, combined, have, over the period, relieved me of the back pain. Steve has left me with the right methods to continue my rehab. I’m very grateful for Steve’s professionalism and knowledge.
