Felt like I was listened to
I saw Dr Neden and I can honestly say I felt like he really listened to my concerns and took on board what I was saying. All of the doctors, nurses and staff at East Cliff are very friendly and listen to what your concerns are; Dr Neden in particular has been there a long time and he always makes you feel at ease! I've never had any issues in the 34 years I've been registered at this practice, and I can honestly say I never want to switch!

Follow up appointment
I was amazed to receive an appointment from the surgery to discuss a letter l had from my consultant from a query he had raised. It was refreshing to not have to think I've got to try and make an appointment. The results were discussed and a decision was made by myself on the advice l had been given from both parties. I never felt rushed and was listened to

I’ve never been seen by Charlotte before, she was absolutely lovely & so comforting. It’s always a bit nervous seeing someone new but she was just the loveliest person & I'd happily see her again for my other appointments. She didn’t make me feel like she was in a rush & didn’t rush the appointment, even popping out to check that she was doing things right. We talked about my mental health & she gave me so much reassurance which wasn’t in her job description for that appointment. Absolutely faultless at her job. Thank you Charlotte.

Good appointment but awful wait time
I had an appointment at 9:30 and checked in on self service. It stated Dr Woodward was running 7 mins late, which was fine. It got to 10 and I asked the receptionist when I’d be seen as the tablet had stated 7 mins. I was told I’d be next. A further 25 minutes later and I was still waiting. I asked reception again and she just said I was next. I ended up crying in the waiting area. I waited for a whole hour to be seen and I had a 6 week old baby with me. I do not feel this is ok. My appointment itself was good and Dr Woodward was supportive but I was really upset by the ludicrous wait time.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention which I do hope you can understand.
