Anima consult

Contacted by East Cliff practice after a few hours of submitting non urgent request. They offered me a face-to-face appointment same day and GP listened to my worries and gave a referral for a few tests. Highly recommended practice and all staff friendly and professional

Great experience

Had my smear test with nurse Charlotte. She was very informative, professional and extremely lovely. She explained the process very well and what happens after. I had opportunities to ask questions and felt comfortable doing so. She is definitely a great asset to the GP practice.

Caring and efficient staff

I needed an urgent appointment to take out stitches from a hip op. Ian at the end of the telephone line could not get an immediate appointment but rang me back the following morning to say that they had organised it. He was very helpful. Amy the nurse was very pleasant and efficient with minimum pain for me removing the stitches. So bravo East Cliff Practice. You are much appreciated.
