Very happy with my visit to the surgery for a blood test. The Very pleasant nurse was on time, took blood very efficiently and did not leave a bruise, I usually bruise because I am on anticoagulants.

East Cliff Medical Practice - My Experience
I found the process of registering myself with this practice, having been with my previous GP for over 30 years, very smooth and efficient.
I was delighted to be invited for a medication review with the clinical pharmacist, as my family has recently suffered from the prescribing of drugs that have dangerous interactions.
I found staff at the practice to be cheerful and efficient, and there was very little delay whilst I waited for my first appointment.

My very informative experience
Went for my cervical screening. The nurse (Natasha Gisby-Clarke) was very informative and made me feel at ease. The procedure was fully explained to me as she was doing it and it was over with very quickly. She explained how my cervix looked after and was very kind.

The healthcare professional was exactly that: caring and professional. Five stars for that.
What is less excellent is that you appear to have divided the process, so that the same thing now requires two separate appointments. This may make sense from your point of view, having different professionals focus on their speciality. From my point of vew, it's not good. It is hard enough for me, as a working person, to get one appointment (which costs me a vacation day - yes, that is legal), now I need two, or more. That may take months.
