I saw a good doctor who has always been really helpful. I saw him for a couple of reasons and he dealt with them all well. Unfortunately I saw him with hip pain that has now got much much worse. I’m hoping the X-ray he said I needed comes in very quickly so I can get the correct treatment.

Repeated disappointments
The surgery is not efficient, the staff are for the most part unhelpful and the doctors do not listen and are most interested in getting you out of the door. Every visit I think it must be this time they actually address my issues but no. It never is

Twice daily dressings - nurses are expert and efficient
Anima form completed for hip pain. An hour later I had a message from the doctor and a referral made.
Registration for my 97 year old mother now moved in with me - completed within 12 hours

GP appointment
I was given the GP appointment with Dr Mash, initially, we thought it was via telephone, then the NHS app informed that it was in person, so my husband accompanied me to see Dr Mash. Dr. Mash listened carefully to everything we told her, she was compassionate and kind and dealt well with my medical needs. Dr. Mash provided enough time for my husband and I to talk. She has been nothing but supportive and helpful since we moved to the area and practice. We are both very grateful to Dr Mash.
