Was treated very well by Sister Nicky Sargent. Treated a skin lesion with knowledge and experience. She gave me a prescription and referred me to dermatology and this appointment is at East Cliff also.

My Experience with East Cliff
East Cliff has been my practice for 3 years now since moving to the area. I have found all members of their team to treat me with respect and dignity. They remain professional in all circumstances. They go over and beyond to ensure I get the medical treatment and care I need. I always manage to get an appropriate appointment if that’s for the GP or Nurse, or phlebotomist. They explain with clarity any diagnosis and the cause of treatment. They make prompt referral when needed and follow ups are maintained to ensure continuity of care.

I was invited for a health check at the surgery, I think this is a great idea. The nurse was very professional as well as friendly. She explained everything clearly to me, it was a very positive and helpful experience. I came away feeling better informed about issues that may effect my health, fortunately there were no problems but had there been having the check could have made all the difference to the outcome.

Fit note
Had to get a fit note, booked online, and said wait up to 7 days.
Which I did. After 7 days I went to the surgery, they said it's not been seen yet. I need it for the DWP. They did get me an appointment with the Dr the same day, the Dr was very good and sorted out the fit note.
But a bit of a waste going there twice in one day and a waste of time for the Dr, when my problem is not going to get better but the DWP insist I need one every 3 months.
The staff were very helpful and polite
