On time, friendly, fast.
I went for a blood test. The appointment was on time (within a few minutes), the nurse was friendly and efficient. 10 minutes after I arrived, I was out.

Seeing nurse about vertigo
Very useful. The nurse informed and confirmed the symptoms I am having.
Very quick, not only in getting the appointment but all done in 5-10 minutes. Form for a blood test which I had done same day, quickly and on time.

A positive visit
I saw Heidi Rawbone.
I didn’t feel at all rushed, we discussed my situation and subsequently the best way forward and I was very pleased to have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks time with Heidi again, which I feel is important for continuity of care.

Excellent, efficient system and very professional staff. Reception was closed but one member of staff was very polite and explained clearly to an elderly gentleman (who was persistent) what services could and could not be offered that day.

Very positive experience. Very easy to answer questions. Filled in non urgent form at 11 in the morning and Doctor phoned with an appointment that afternoon. Very impressed. All worked very well and saved a long wait on phone. Thank you.

Prescription Appointment at new practice
I have just joined the practice after relocating to Ramsgate from Suffolk. Having a prescription review was very useful and the nurse was brilliant. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered my questions and was informative about my prescription. The Receptionist was also very helpful and welcoming.

The doctor was very sympathetic, but could not explain yet again why I still had a sore throat after a year and kindly arranged a blood test for cortisol to see if that was raised or lowered
