Perfect service
Asked the receptionist to see if she could find out if my new medication, was “instead of” or “in addition to” my regular prescription.
She thoroughly read any recent notes, but was unsure, so offered to send a message to the Practice Pharmacist.
Within an hour or two I received a text message, and everything was made obvious for me. Perfect service & result.

Needs to be made less complicated. And needs a simple question for patients requiring a follow up appointment after tests ( blood, scans and X rays etc).

Pain in head, headaches and general feeling unwell
Disappointingly had to take 2 days off work due to online Anima and not knowing when or if I would get an appointment. I work in London and cannot get back to see anyone if the appointment is the same day however, I was informed I could not see a doctor until the next day, which no one considers the impact financially.
