The appointment was sent quickly from my request via the online application. But it took me a couple of days to log in early enough to fill in the online form! Noel was helpful, as usual. He explained scan results, discussed the appropriate exercises and emailed me a copy of the exercise plan.

Follow up appointment

Discussed results of my recent blood test, plus my mental health. It was decided to increase my antidepressant dosage, which I was happy with. Cholesterol level too high - to checked again in 6 months.

Recently went into the GP for a new issue, my usual GP wasn't available so I saw Dr Landon. He was great, thorough, kind and respectful.
I also dealt with the reception staff after due to a query on a repeat dispensing prescription I had, they were very helpful even though I saw them busy all morning with a constant stream of people through the door. They took the time to answer my query fully even with a huffy, impatient man behind me.
