Very professional consultation

Dr Larson rang me on time and after a pleasant introduction familiarised himself with my history and current status.
Dr Larson listened to what I had to say before outlining my options.
I felt as though my consultation was conducted professionally and efficiently. This was borne out by the follow up actions he instigated

Although running a little late I felt looked after at this appointment, the Dr listened to my concerns and acted upon them, I couldn’t really ask for a lot more.

Wonderful service

I agreed to a medication review with a clinical pharmacist rather than a GP which meant I could get an appointment sooner. She was very thorough and followed up with some other checks that I had been ignoring. This had led to some issues being identified that are easily sorted but could have caused major problems if not addressed so I am extremely grateful for the service I have received.

My feedback

I should be able to discuss the problems I experiance when using Anima (?) and the NHS app. If your customers cannot talk to the people at the other end how are the blips ever going to be straightened out? I've tried talking with general staff and even medical staff but they have been unable to advise on any digital problems.
